Our Initial Disappointment Has Changed To Satisfaction

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for the efficiency in which you addressed our concerns with the Liberty Pew Stacker chairs we ordered from you.  Our initial disappointment has changed to satisfaction as a result of your customer service.  I also want to HIGHLY commend your technician Miguel Partida on an exceptional job in replacing the backs.  His attitude, promptness, work ethic and commitment to our project could not have been any better.  We appreciated having him here and I hope you will let him know how satisfied we are with his effort.  Thank you again for all that you have done.
