Church Overview
For over 50 years, the ONE&ALL Church has welcomed people from all over the San Gabriel Valley. It began with just 23 people gathering in a home under the name of West Covina Church of Christ in West Covina, California. Over the years, the church grew in the community and relocated to San Dimas. Later, they launched campuses in Rancho Cucamonga and West Covina.
“We believe in relevant teaching and relevant worship,” said Greg Linzay, the Lead Operations Pastor at ONE&ALL Church. “We tackle the hard stuff, like why there is evil in the world. And we’ve always been big on evangelism. Our Lead Pastor Jeff Vines is good at taking the gospel and communicating it to skeptics. He is focused on raising up people and training leaders. We’re super grateful to have him.”

Over time, the church grew to over 5,000 people, comprising more than 1,000 young adults and 700 to 800 teenagers. After changing their name to ONE&ALL Church, the church decided to expand to a third location. This was also a homecoming — ONE&ALL Church purchased the same building where they’d met fifty years ago, in West Covina. “It’s nostalgic for a lot of people, going back to the same West Covina location,” said Greg Linzay. Since this third location was so important, the church staff wanted to make sure they got everything right.

Smart Expansion
The grand reopening of the West Covina church was scheduled for a month after Easter. As part of the renovation of the church, the plan was to remodel the décor and furniture to match the recent renovations in the Rancho Cucamonga and San Dimas properties. The plan was to have everything ready, installed, and delivered by May 18.

The church had Bertolini Impressions Chairs in the other two campuses, and they were quite happy with them. Nevertheless, they looked around and compared them with other brands. After doing research, they decided to stick with Bertolini chairs.
The church ordered over 2,000 Impressionen Kirchenstühle, along with 300 MeshOne Folding Chairs for the ancillary rooms. “Everything went well, and the chairs are great. They fit the look and feel of our campuses. Bertolini makes high-quality products, and they are quick to remedy any issues. Out of our recent shipment of 2,000 chairs, there was only one chair with a problem — the ganging didn’t work on one. Bertolini sent out a new chair right away.”
The Best Chairs for a Multisite Church
The grand opening of the West Covina church was a great success, and the new campus is experiencing steady growth. “We’re super happy with our Bertolini chairs. We know we made the right decision,” said Greg Linzay.

Since the church knows that it cannot predict how fast each location will grow, it chose matching chairs. “We have the same Bertolini chairs in all our churches,” Greg Linzay explained. “Same fabric, same finish. We decided on this so that if some congregations grow faster than others, we can move chairs back and forth and we’ll always have matching chairs.”

Getting matching chairs is a strategy he recommends for other churches that are expanding to additional locations. “A lot of churches are going multisite. Get matching chairs, and get the carts, too. Carts make a night and day difference when you’re moving chairs around.”

At each of the three church locations, the congregation appreciates the comfort of Bertolini chairs, and the staff likes how easy they are to care for. “At ONE&ALL Church, we’ve had Bertolini Church Chairs for over 25 years,” said Greg Linzay. “We’ve found that if you spend the extra money, you’ll get a super comfortable chair. And they last a long time. It’s great to have chairs that last 15 years.”
